Playing Hunter
Hunter is the Dexterity-based ranged class. Its options span poison, traps and sustained physical attacks. Rapid Fire is a clear midgame build direction, but mana and survival determine whether it works unattended.
- Ranged attacks with poison and trap options
- Rapid Fire and Deadeye’s Resolve synergy
- Phantom Form as a later defensive option
A practical build starting point
- Start with Poison Shot and Steady Shot. Poison Trap unlocks at level 10; use it when it complements your damage pattern.
- Rapid Fire unlocks at level 35. Deadeye’s Resolve supports physical damage, reduces its channel time at four pieces and adds piercing at six.
- For a difficult boss, compare the same zone with one defensive change at a time. Check potion use, mana gaps and deaths before adding more damage.
Every skill unlock
Use the level requirement to plan your next change. Basic attacks, strong attacks and specials serve different roles in the combat loop.

Rune-set directions
- Trapper’s Legacy
- Deadeye’s Resolve
- Venomfang
Read each set’s thresholds alongside your equipped attacks. Test a complete rotation and its mana use before trading away the survivability of a working setup.
Make the build work unattended
Compare the same zone with similar run lengths. Track the whole session, including deaths and returns to town, so a short burst of damage does not hide a weaker farming loop.
